Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your items are shipped.

Delivery times vary by destination and fulfillment center, typically arriving within 15–30 business days.
Possible Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control—such as holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Order Cancellations:
Need to cancel? No problem.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at impearitix@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Entered the wrong address?
Let us know within 24 hours of ordering, and we’ll correct it for you.
Once shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
Delivery Attempts:
Most carriers will make two attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at impearitix@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
We’ll send a replacement right away — free of charge.
